Revenge is never the solution; ‘Police Family’ is set against the backdrop of lockdown deaths

Some lockdown deaths that have taken place in recent years have shaken Tamil Nadu and caused huge repercussions across India. The film ‘Police Family’ focuses on these lockdown deaths, the related retaliations, the problems faced by police officers and their families, and the way they deal with them.

Taking revenge with anger is not a solution to anything. If you do that, the feeling of revenge will continue for the next generation. Only when a person realizes it and changes from the idea of revenge to a mind of forgiveness, will it be put to an end. The film ‘Police Family’ has been made with this as its theme…

The film ‘Police Family’ is produced by Malaisamy AM Raja under On The Table Productions. The film, which is a suspense crime thriller, has been directed by director Balu

Paruthiveeran Saravanan and Kadhal Sukumar have played the lead roles, while Raja Malaisamy has played the lead role. Surekha and Nisha Dubey from North India have played the heroines.

Track Music, which has acquired the music publishing rights of the film, recently released its songs. Its teaser was released on February 27 and the trailer was released on March 2 and received a good response. ‘Police Family’ will be released in cinemas across Tamil Nadu on March 13th.

Producer and hero of the story, Malaisamy Raja, said about the film ‘Police Family’, “The lock-up deaths that took place in places like Sathankulam and recently in places like Sivaganga have caused a great stir not only in Tamil Nadu but also in India. On the one hand, this has an impact on the police and their families, but on the other hand, we have told with an emotional story how many families these lock-up deaths take revenge and how a forgiving person can put an end to it.

We shot this film in four different locations with different climatic conditions. We shot it in different places like the sea, in the mountains like Kodaikanal, and in the flat plains like Madurai.

While shooting in the sea, we also faced and managed the fury of the sea and shot it. Similarly, we faced severe cold, snowfall, and cloud cover near Kodaikanal, where the camera had not been able to go before. We have been shooting in various places and facing many challenges,” he said.
