The investigative suspense thriller Room Boy is set to hit theaters on April 17th.

The Room Boy film crew recently participated in an event held at Anna University, Chennai.
Room Boy is produced by Suryakala Chandramoorthy under the banner of ACM Cinemas, a newly established film production company.
C. Nikhil makes his debut as a lead actor in Tamil cinema with this film. Harsha, who played a pivotal role in the movie Aranmanai 4, stars as the female lead in this project.
The cast features a host of actors in comedic roles, including Imman Annachi, Birla Bose, YouTube sensation Kaathu Karuppu Kalai, Instagram personalities Karpagam and Kavitha Vijayan, as well as Sameer, City Raja, Arunraja, Prabhakar, Kerala Behamin, and many others.
Joining them is Mumbai-based model Nidhi Maroli, who has performed a dance number in the film.
C. Bharathi Rajan, DFT, served as the cinematographer for the movie. Velan Sahadevan composed the music for the lyrics penned by lyricist Suryamoorthy.

The story, screenplay, and dialogues were written and directed by Jagan Rayan.
He is an alumnus of the Tamil Nadu Government Film Institute.
Notably, he received the Tamil Nadu State Government Award for Best Sound Recording in 2002 for his short film titled Thatha. Furthermore, he has directed over 50 documentaries, corporate films, and commercials.
Director Jagan Rayan shares insights regarding the film:
“We have crafted this film as an investigative and suspense thriller infused with family sentiments.
The filming took place in the scenic locales of Tirupattur, Yelagiri, and their surrounding areas.
The song sequences were filmed in Chennai and Puducherry.
With the final stages of post-production now complete, we are releasing the film in theaters this month—on April 17th,” stated Director Jagan Royan.
Ahead of the film’s release on the 17th of this month, the film crew attended a cultural festival held at Anna University in Chennai, where they shared interesting details about the movie, Room Boy. Notably, this engagement received a warm reception from the audience.
