The event was presided over by the respected Mr. V.C. Guhanathan—a senior member with countless writing achievements in the film industry and a former presidential candidate from the opposing faction—who administered the oath of office and presented the certificates of election.
In the presence of Election Officer Mr. Umasankar Babu, Mr. Cheran (President), Mr. Pattukottai Prabhakar (General Secretary), and Mr. R. Sundarrajan (Treasurer), along with other office bearers and executive committee members, assumed their respective offices.

Mr. V.C. Guhanathan offered his best wishes, stating that there are no longer two factions but only one united team, and that the primary objective must be to work in unison for the progress of the association.
