Produced by Harini Subbu Cine Creations, the film is the brainchild of Subbulakshmi Jeyaram, a B.Sc. Nursing graduate based in California, USA.

Dr. S. Raja—a medical professional and filmmaker—has handled the story, screenplay, dialogues, and direction. Drawing upon his years of experience in the medical fields of both India and the USA, he has crafted a thought-provoking film that translates the importance of healthcare into the language of cinema, making it easily understandable for the general public.
Guru Vijay plays the lead role, anchoring a story centered on medical awareness, humanity, and family bonds. His character, a blend of emotion and a sense of responsibility, naturally drives the film’s central theme forward.

The film features visuals that are both grand and naturalistic. It was shot extensively across the scenic regions of Tirunelveli, Kodaikanal, Madurai, and their surroundings. Produced on a budget of ₹4 crore, the film boasts high production values ​​and the contributions of a top-notch technical crew.
Dr. S. Raja appears as Guru Vijay’s father, while Dharshini Reddy plays his mother. Tabitha Gunaratne and Monica Preethi V star as the female leads, and child artist Pratheeksha Mano Prashanth plays Guru Vijay’s younger sister.
Cinematographer Ramnad Vasu P has lent a unique visual aesthetic to the film through his cinematography.
The editing has been handled by Raja Mohammad, a leading editor and National Film Award winner for the movie Paruthiveeran.
