’Pasanga’ fame Sreeram starrer spine-shuddery Survival Thriller titled ‘EXIT’*

Sreeram, the actor who started his career as a child star in the movie ‘Pasanga’, has gained recognition for his roles in ‘Koli Soda’ and ‘Papanasam’, where he starred alongside Kamal Haasan. Now, he is taking on the lead role in the movie ‘Exit’. The entire story of this film unfolds during a single night, creating a thrilling and suspenseful atmosphere. While the film’s theatrical release is scheduled on February 2, 2024, the teaser that was recently launched has garnered good response.

‘Exit’ is shaping up to be a survival thriller, focusing on the protagonist and his friends who find themselves in a life-threatening situation. They must find a way to escape or face the grim fate of death.

Produced by Venu Gopalakrishnan of Broom International, this film also marks the directorial debut of Shaheen. Sriram, the protagonist, has always prioritized his acting skills, which has led to him being cast as the hero in both the Malayalam and Tamil versions of this film.

Vishak Nair portrays the antagonist in this movie, having previously played a villain opposite Mammootty. He delivers a remarkable performance as a villain with animalistic characteristics. Unlike other movies where the antagonist is portrayed as a human, in this film, the antagonist is depicted as a creature, moving on all fours and exhibiting cannibalistic tendencies. Although he doesn’t speak much, his emotions are vividly portrayed.

The technical crew consists of talented and dedicated technicians such as Anish Janardhan and Shaheen for the screenplay, Anish Janardhan for the story, Riyaz Nizamuddin and Nishad Yusuf for cinematography, Dhanush Harikumar and Vimaljit Vijayan for music, Renganath Ravi for sound design, and M. Koya for art. Saranya Zeebu is responsible for costume design.

While there are many thriller films in Tamil, some of them leaning towards comedy, ‘Exit’ stands out as a completely serious film with a consistent horror atmosphere that persists until the end.

The film is set to release on February 2nd, while Mammootty’s ‘Brahmayugam’ will be released on the 9th of the same month, and the team is so confident about the content and are releasing it together with this Mega star movie.
