Bankrolled by Minerva Pictures and directed by Manikaanth Thallaguti (whose dad was an operator at a theatre in Kalahasthi, Artham is a thriller featuring Master Mahendran and Shraddha Das in the lead roles. Made in Telugu and Tamil, the film’s main cast and crew met the members of the Media at an exclusive gathering recently. Srinivas, the film’s producer who was present on the occasion, remarked that the 2 language project was made during the Lockdown and a lot of challenges were to be overcome. He mentioned that Mahendran was very helpful during the proceedings at Chennai. He further said that this is his first venture in Tamil.
Master Mahendran who is one among the noteworthy rising stars of the times extended a warm welcome to the producer and director and promised to give his best to promote the movie. He wished them both well.
Director Manikaanth Thallaguti was also appreciative of the cooperation of both Robo Shankar and Vinoth besides thanking the lead pair.
Shraddha Das who has played the female lead in the film said that she has acted in over 40 films in several languages so far but this happens to be her first venture in Tamil.
Robo Shankar and Vinoth too expressed their thoughts briefly.
Harshavardhan Rameshwar is the composer while Pavan Chenna is the cinematographer.
The Tamil Teaser was very impressive.
