The theme is set around the after effects of expired batteries fitted in pacemakers.
Owing to the greed of pharmaceutical companies, some lives get lost as they sell the used pacemakers returned by the families of those who have passed away to new patients thereby hiding the fact about the expiry of batteries fitted in their pacemakers.
A series of murders take place the victims being some pharmaceutical company bosses as well a cop who was hand in glow with them!
The mystery behind the brain behind the murders gets complicated further and further before the identity of that person is revealed!
