Crime thrillers that involve planned, brutal conspiracies and sabotages are always lapped up both the hands by the viewers.Here is one such interesting premise that deliberates on those individuals who accept the blame for crimes committed by others and come forward to serve a sentence for a few months in exchange for monetary compensations.Senrayan plays one such character for whom going and coming out of jail is a frequent, regular affair.When he gets one such offer for a crime committed, he draws Charly too into the crime ring and both get imprisoned in exchange for a huge sum of money.But things go terribly wrong while Sendrayan dies and the actual blame for a cold blooded murder, not one but two by a two-timing scoundrel.Enters the lead man(the director himself!) who takes up this case in the capacity of a private detective at the instance of Charly ‘ s daughter (Brana). How the guilty is brought before the Law leading to the release of Charly who had served 8 years in jail in the predictable rest. The unveiling of the crime has been dealt with in an appreciable manner. A little more of pace would have speeded up the proceedings…
Charly is good as the victim of circumstances.
Vinoth Rajendran impresses both as a director as well as an actor.
