Pettico Commercial International has invested crores of rupees in Kallal Group, which is engaged in the business of mineral resources in many countries around the world. Kallal Group did not act as per the agreement reached during the commercial negotiations between these two companies. In this case, Petiko Comercio International found that the Kallal Group company obtained the investments by showing fake documents. It is also reported that this company has cheated up to 400 crore rupees from foreign companies and is involved in financial fraud. In this regard, Pettico Commercial International has lodged a complaint with the Commissioner of Police, Chennai against the Kallal Group. After investigating this, the Chennai Central Crime Branch police arrested two businessmen, Saravanan Palaniappan and Vijay Anand, who were involved in the crime, and produced them in court on September 16. The judge, who heard the case, ordered the perpetrators to be interrogated for 15 days. Following this, both of them were imprisoned in Puzhal Jail.

Kallal Logistics Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Kallal Group, approached us and submitted a bill of material worth INR 114 crores. It asked to invest and become a partner. After joining as a partner, in this company Pettico Commercial Company promised that the three persons recommended by the company will be given the directorship, they will be allowed to work together in the mineral resources business project undertaken by that company, and the shares of Kallal Logistics Company, a subsidiary company of Kallal Group, will be given to them in return for the investment made in our company. Following this our company accepted their request and our company invested crores of rupees.

But they did not behave as agreed. After that, when we inquired, it was revealed that they cheated us by showing us fake documents. It was also revealed that all their assets and business were caught in the income tax department’s audit.

Following this, a complaint was lodged with the Chennai Police Commissioner against Saravanan Palaniappan, Vijayakumaran, Arvind Raj, Vijay Anand and others belonging to the Kallal Group under several sections including fraud, money laundering, breach of trust, cheating by showing fake documents.
