Conceptualizing a script that showcases a content that is delicately different is one aspect; translating the idea into a film on the big screen is indeed a different kind of ball game. Unless and otherwise, the maker manages to make those two aspects match well, then it becomes a monotonous exercise in the art of filmmaking!

It would only be fair to state that director Vishnu Ramakrishnan has dared to dream of a script that is not only interesting enough but also offers the scope to unfold well. It is in the execution that he slips a bit with a view to begin well and move on; the twist in the tale appears a bit quirky does manage to create a flutter but whether that goes well with what the film began with is the billion dollar question!

Rani is a sex-worker who sets out in search of the biological father of her child afflicted by a rare medical phenomenon making it an emergency!

Lily shortlists two men, Sambhavamoorthi (Thambi Ramiah), a soon to be retired cop and Arputham (Jayaprakash), a Minister who would stop at nothing to get what he wants!

Lily (Baby Raqath) is the child in question for whose sake Rani takes up the father-finding journey.

Whether Rani succeeds in her ‘mission’ is the rest of the narration.

Chaya Singh of “Manmatha Raja’ song fame is good.

Thambi Ramiah doers his portions well.

Jayaprakash suffers from want of scope but still manages to create an impact.
