Director Suseenthiran presents ‘Athma’ starring Narain in lead role!
Kadris Entertainment UAE producer Najeeb Kadri is currently working on a groundbreaking horror mystery thriller called ‘Aatma’, featuring actor Narain in the lead role. The recently unveiled first look of the film has received an overwhelming response from movie enthusiasts. Renowned filmmaker Susienthiran will be releasing the film across Tamil Nadu.
The story revolves around a young man with autism who starts hearing peculiar voices in his boarding house. As he embarks on a quest to unravel the mystery behind these voices, numerous enigmatic secrets begin to unfold. ‘Athma’ is a spine-chilling thriller filled with unexpected twists and turns.
Director Sugeeth is at the helm of this project, with Rakesh N Shankar handling the story and screenplay, and K Chandru penning the dialogues. The recently released First Look, which focuses on the protagonist’s relentless pursuit of answers, has garnered immense attention from fans and cinema enthusiasts.
Actor Narain, known for his exceptional performances in movies like ‘Kaithi’ and ‘Vikram’, takes on the challenging role of a young individual with autism. Shritha Sivadas, who gained recognition through ‘Dhillukku Dhuddu 2’, portrays the female lead in this film. The star-studded cast also includes Bala Saravanan, Kaali Venkat, Kanika, Vijay Johny, and several other prominent actors. Notably, Filipino actors Sheris Sheen Agad and Christine Penticico play pivotal characters in the movie.
The entire film has been shot in the captivating landscapes of Dubai, making ‘Athma’ as the first-ever Tamil movie to be entirely filmed in this city. Najeeb Kadri of Kadris Entertainment UAE is producing the film on a grand scale, while director Suseenthiran is overseeing its release throughout Tamil Nadu.
