Love and Affection towards Womanhood, especially Mothers and of course, Wives forms the format of the narration of this bundle of tales without much of a connectivity between them but the common thread is basically love for Mothers!
Natty and Suresh Menon are two opposing bigwigs in the underworld of Mumbai, both aspiring onemanupship!
A pair of young lovers get sandwiched in between and in the final showdown at a brothel house, both the dadas get killed but not before Natty asserting his love for his Mom (Kaniha). Bharathiraja and Vadivukkarasi – a couple with perfect harmony but their sons treat them disrespectfully resulting in their death.
Rio Raj has high regards for his Mom who is diagnosed with terminal cancer but all his efforts to cure her fail as she breathes her last prior to her son mobilizing the money needed for her treatment.
Sandy, an orphan, is an auto driver.
Thulasi is about to be left in a Home as her son and his family are about to leave abroad for greener pastures! Sandy and Thulasi get connected and both seek solace in each other’s company.
There is also a common thread involving Yogi Babu, Viji Chandrasekar and Lovelyn Chandrasekar, again focusing on a daughter ‘s reconciliation with her Mom.
Dev Prakash Regan’ s score stands out in the song sequence performed by Sandy. A foot tapping number!
A confluence of human emotions!
