The trials and tribulations of a Sri Lankan family which migrates to Chennai forms the format of the narration of the flick scripted and helmed by Abishan Jeevinth.
The scenes and sequences have been punctuated with nice humor but the point is many of the situations in the narration appear contrived and staged as a result of which the audience would find it a challenge to establish an emotional connect.
That said, the star cast delivers diligently without much of a fuss. The twists are by and large predicable.
The manner in which the director has blended the happenings in that family in an entirely new environ with that of the process of police investigation is mention worthy.
Sean Roldan’s musical score passes muster. The film will definitely work for the family audience.
