Produced by S. Ambethkumar under the banner of Olympia Movies and directed by R. Hemanathan, Wife is a film starring RJ Vijay and Anjali Nair that centers on modern-day married life. The first single from this upcoming film—a melody titled “Nee Saaral”—was released today and is receiving a warm reception from fans.
This melodious track was composed by Jen Martin, who also sang it in collaboration with Subalakshmi. The lyrics for the song were penned by director Vishnu Edavan.
With its gentle music and soul-stirring lyrics, “Nee Saaral” has emerged as a beautiful romantic melody. Immediately upon its release, the song garnered immense popularity among music enthusiasts and has begun trending across social media platforms.
Crafted as a romantic drama designed to appeal to audiences of all backgrounds, the film centers on the dynamics of love—both pre-marital and post-marital—within the current generation, while also exploring the relationship complexities faced by modern-day couples.
RJ Vijay and Anjali Nair star as the lead pair in this film. They are supported by a talented ensemble cast that includes Maitreyan, Redin Kingsley, Abhishek Joseph, Vijay Babu, Kalyani Natarajan, Lallu, and Kathir, among others.
K.A. Sakthivel handled the cinematography, while Dinesh Ponraj served as the editor. Siva Shankar oversaw the art direction, while Dinesh, Azhar, and Radhika choreographed the dance sequences. The visual effects (VFX) were executed by the studio Hogwash Focus.
With filming now complete, the movie is currently in the final stages of post-production, which are proceeding at a brisk pace. The film’s official release date is expected to be announced very soon.
