This women-centric movie helmed by Nandini Reddy with Samantha playing the protagonist is evidently focussed on women, singing their capabilities while projecting men to secondary stands except for the antagonist effectively played by Gulshan Devaiah who proves to be no match for Samantha in the final showdown!
Santhosh Narayanan has scored the background brilliantly while Om Prakash has canned the rural backdrop in a very colorful manner.
Jhansi (Samantha) who is an orphan is trained by Karuna (Gulshan Devaiah), a wolf clad in sheep’s skin!
At one stage, Jhansi moves on and moves forward as well and gets married to a doctor who ties the nuptial knot without the concurrence of his family.
Karuna who stages a smart getaway from the prison sets out in search of Jhansi who is now Swarna settled in her husband ‘s household.
Karuna stages a war against Swarna and how the issue gets sorted out at the end of a long drawn climax is the rest.
The scenes between Samantha and Manjusha are hilarious.
