Second Song from the Nayanthara-Kavin Starrer ‘Hi’ Released
The second song, titled “Rasagulla,” along with its music video, has been released from the film Hi, marking the first-time collaboration between Nayanthara and Kavin.
Directed by debutant Vishnu Edavan, Hi features a cast that includes Nayanthara, Kavin, K. Bhagyaraj, Prabhu, Radhika Sarathkumar, VTV Ganesh, Sathyan, ‘Adithya’ Kathir, and Kuraishi.
Rajesh Shukla handles the cinematography, while Jen Martin composes the music. S. Kannan is in charge of art direction, and Philomin Raj has handled the editing.
Billed as a feel-good family entertainer, the film is jointly produced by Nayanthara, Vignesh Shivan, and S.S. Lalitkumar under the banners of Zee Studios, The Rowdy Pictures, and Seven Screen Studio. Vinoth C.J. and K.S. Mayil Vahanan serve as co-producers, with V.K. Kubendran acting as the creative producer.
With the film scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14, the team is actively engaged in promotional activities.
Following the success of the first song, “Kannak Kuzhiya,” which garnered nearly three million digital views, the second song—”Rasagulla”—and its video have now been released.
Director Vishnu Edavan penned the lyrics for this song, and Anirudh provided the vocals. Brindha Master choreographed the dance sequences. With Jen Martin’s melodious tune, the sweet word ‘Rasagulla’, a vibrant Nayanthara, a dashing Kavin, their on-screen chemistry, and Brindha Master’s elegant cultural choreography all coming together to captivate the audience, this song is currently trending online.
