Young director Karthik directed the short film titled Vidaithaal. Created to raise awareness about women’s safety, the director describes it as a film suitable for viewing with family and friends. Featuring cinematography by Deepan Park and editing by Kannadasan, the film stars Jeevitha Murugesan, Sindhuja, Jothiswaran, Monica, Sathya Selvan, and Vijay Rajeshwar; it has received a warm reception from the public. Additionally, the film has garnered praise from notable figures such as Bigg Boss fame Aaro, Vijay TV personality Ashwiny Kannan, and actress Thaniya Jeevitha. Vidaithaal was produced by Karthik (GM Pictures).
