He did not begin with a bang but created a big bang with the success stories of several super hits backed by the musical score of Ilaiyaraaja! No marks for guessing who – Ramarajan, the humility personified actor who rode like a colossus during his peak period churning out a string of successful outings in quick succession!
He has staged a dramatic comeback through this well crafted flick the second half of which shines and sparkles than the first!
The theme deliberates on a delicate issue that is socially relevant in the contemporary situation.
The crux of the plot talks about the nexus between Banks and Builders in trying to lure the gullible lot for prospects of owing a property while mobilizing loans for that said purpose and in the bargain, they get sandwiched between both and eventually, the dangerous situation leading to disastrous consequences!
Ramarajan plays a former military man who accompanied by two of his good friends(Radharavi and M. S. Bhaskar, both of them render great support, both in characterization as well as in performance!) takes up a cause with the objective of delivering direct verdicts to those who were responsible for a family to get into trouble!
The Maestro ‘ s musical score is only a shade of what it used to be on the earlier days when he used to tune in for the films of Ramarajan! Age shows up but his other salient features are in tact, still!
Welcome back, dear actor and wishing you a successful second innings!
