This is an enjoyable fantasy filled socio-comical flick that keeps you entertained for the most part. Anbu
Mayilsamy son of Late Humorist Mayilsamy plays the protagonist who gets caught in the web spun by Lord Yama Dharma.
He plays Guru who along with his friend Bharathi(Arjunan), stole the jewels and money at a wedding hall. Guru is summoned in the court of Lord Yama Dharma and is given a target of getting the girl in question, Kamali (Chandrika) within 2 months!
Guru and Bharathi become tenants at Kamali’s house. At the instance of her dad (T. P. Gajendran), Guru and Bharathi go about scouting for a suitable groom for Kamali.
Moorthi (Karate Raja), a suitor to Kamali’s hand is desirous of marrying her!
There is a twist at the end which obviously runs on expected lines but yet passes on smoothly.
Anbu is certainly a hero material and is sure to go places…
Chandrika looks refreshing and fills the bill adequately. Her style of expressing her love for the hero, indirectly, looks neat and clean.
Charlie sizzles with his quick comical interludes.
N. S. K. ‘s music passes muster.
Karthikraja’ s cinematography is mention worthy.
