Netflix OTT platform announces the list of licensed Telugu films for 2026 on the occasion of Makar Sankranti!
Mumbai, January 16, 2026: On the occasion of this Makar Sankranti, Netflix proudly releases its list of Telugu films for 2026. These films, which will reach audiences through Netflix after their theatrical release, feature grand visuals and leading stars. The grandeur of Telugu cinema and its unique stories will reach audiences worldwide through the Netflix platform.
In 2025, South Indian films released on the Netflix platform captivated and received a warm welcome from fans across various genres, including mass entertainers and critically acclaimed films. Films starring mass heroes like ‘Pushpa 2’, ‘HIT 3’, and ‘They Call Him OG’, as well as quality productions like ‘Court: State vs A Nobody’ and ‘The Girlfriend’, were released on Netflix and became the talk of the town.
This year, grand and unique stories starring top stars are set to be released on the Netflix platform, exciting fans. Films such as Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’, Nani’s ‘The Paradise’, Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Aakasamlo Oka Tara’, Fahadh Faasil’s ‘Don’t Trouble the Trouble’, Vijay Deverakonda’s period action film ‘VD14’, Venkatesh’s film directed by Trivikram Srinivas ‘Adarsha Kutumbam – House Number: 47’, and ‘Bedi’ starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, are among the diverse and emotionally resonant stories coming to entertain audiences. These films, featuring mass appeal and powerful storylines, have everything from action and grandeur to emotional elements.
