Director Deekay who created a flutter with Yaamirukka Bayamey (2014) toying with the genre of horror coupled with humour but not for a second time, can one expect to come up triumphs, by again trying out the same genre in the form of an old wine in a new bottle!
The scenario is set around a ghostly village where strange things occur with some oldies moving about in a scary fashion evoking everything but horror!
The principal cast has performed well but to no great avail as they have not been supported by a solid script!
The filmmaker’s intention seems to have been fixated at providing a horror cum comedy film but it has so happened that it proves to be neither!
Varalakshmi Sarathkumar tries her best to keep the momentum alive but the screenplay hasn’t come to her aid to add value to the proceedings.
Vaibhav is good but his blank look at most places play spoil sport!
Aathmika and Sonam Bajwa manage to float in a boat whose destination looks unclear!
Had the film hit the screens some years ago when the films sporting horror genre, this would have found better patronage!
Go, watch the movie, just for the heck of it!
