It is indeed a big challenge for a first filmmaker to dish out a feature film with a bunch of unknown cast and crew!
Raam Indhra has just accomplished this feat in this feature without much of a fuss!
Right from the moment go, tension builds up from frame to frame and the added attraction being the night effects on a dark tone as the narration totally unfolds during night time and continues till the early hours of the next morning!
The film sets out a strong and stringent warning to all those who opt to drive out at night as vultures try and prey on them by force-stopping the vehicle and wielding out knives only with the sole objective of stripping the travellers of their possessions!
It all starts in the dark of a night when a bunch of guys travelling in a car in an inebriated state and in the melee that follows, one of them gets killed, inadvertently!
Touched to the quick, they rush through the roads like mad to escape from the clutches of the Law!
After a long, tension filled journey, the friends reach a lonely spot and decide to bury the dead man and there is a surprising, nay, a shocking twist that springs up, not only much to the consternation
of the friends on the run but also to the audience!
Ajay Abraham George ‘s camera work blends well with the mood of the narration.
Anilesh L. Mathews’ music passes muster!
On many occasions during their travel, one guy or the other keeps sobbing which is irritating and could have been avoided.
The slow pace is justifiable and editor Dinsa cannot be blamed!
In all, an earnest attempt by a team of talented youngsters which works out well.
