Produced by K. J. Balamani Marban under the banner of KJP Talkies and directed by director and actor Vignesh Karthik, ‘Hot Spot 2 Much’ features Ashwin Kumar, Priya Bhavani Shankar, M. S. Bhaskar, Thambi Ramaiah, Aditya Bhaskar, Rakshan, Bhavani Sri, Brigida Saga, Sanjana Tiwari, ‘Aditya’ Kathir, Vijay TV Amar, and many others. The film’s cinematography is handled by Jagadeesh Ravi and Joseph Paul, and the music is composed by Satish Ragunathan. This film is presented by Vishnu Vishal Studios.
This feel-good family entertainer is set to release in theaters from January 23rd. A promotional event for the film was held in Chennai. Producer Dinesh Kannan attended the event as a special guest along with the film crew.
Speaking at the event, actor M. S. Bhaskar said, “Director Vignesh Karthik is a friend of my son, Bhaskar. My son Bhaskar told me that director Vignesh Karthik wanted to meet me and narrate a story. I invited him and listened to the story. While narrating the story, he mentioned that it was a small role, but that both my son and I would be acting in the same film. That made me happy. The character he described to me is based on a real-life incident. The story explains that while we should appreciate film actors, we shouldn’t idolize them or take risks because of them. I thank the director and producer for giving me this opportunity, my son for introducing me to them, and everyone who cooperated.” Producer Dinesh Kannan said, “Just as the first part of ‘Hot Spot’ achieved tremendous success, I pray to the Almighty that ‘Hot Spot 2 Much’ will also be a great success.

When I contacted director Vignesh Karthik regarding this, he said that the script for the second part was ready. That’s why the work on this film started immediately. After that, Vishnu Vishal, who enjoyed the success of the first part of ‘Hot Spot’, listened to the story of ‘Hot Spot 2’. After hearing the story, he happily agreed to present this film.
We did not initially plan to release this film on this date. We are releasing it earlier because the release of the film ‘Jananaayagan’ was postponed.
