Blockbuster ‘Manjummel Boys’ to stream on Disney+ Hotstar from 5th May!!
India’s leading streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar will be streaming one of the biggest blockbusters of the year, director Chidambaram’s survival thriller ‘Manjummel Boys’ from May 5.
Based on a true incident in the tourist area of Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu, the film has captivated audiences across all regions across languages. The film, which has been widely loved across the world, has so far collected Rs. 200+ crores collected.
With a perfect screenplay for a survival film, Manjummel Boys won the hearts of Tamil fans, talking about the strength of friendship, making the film the biggest Malayalam hit in Tamil till date. Many celebrities including Superstar Rajinikanth, Universal hero Kamal Haasan expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the film. It is noteworthy that ‘Thala’ MS Dhoni along with CSK players watched the film among fans.
A group of youths from Kerala go on a trip to Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu. During that trip, they visit the Guna cave and they struggle to save their friend when someone slips and falls into the cave, did they save their friend? That is Manchumel Boys movie. The film beautifully exemplifies the glory of human fortitude, tolerance and friendship.
Choubin Shahir, Srinath Basi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathy and Jean Paul Lal, among others, have starred in the film, while Sushin Shyam has music and cinematography by Shaiju Khalid.
