Though the Trailer drew a lot of contrasting responses amidst the media as well as the public, the film was received well at the box-office, thanks to the momentum created earlier.
Part 2 is in fact a kind of sequel, so to say, not in terms of the script but in terms of the content (s) that discusses and deliberates on subject matters considered taboo!
Vignesh Karthick who has an eye for stepping upon delicate themes in a delicious manner has toyed with 3 different tracks – the star craze that pushes fans to cross borders with respect to two big stars with M. S. Baskar as the prime mover.
The second episode involves Thambi Ramaiyya who is traditional and ethical while his abroad educated daughter defies all norms only to be taught a fitting lesson, later!
The third one projects Ashwin as a contemporary youth living in the present, falling in love with a girl from the future(2050)!
Time travel casts a tricky spell in the lives of the lovers!
The narration talks about lesbianism too.
The film has some moments time again but certain aspects touched upon demand a debate!
